By accessing or using Slaily ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Slaily is an AI-powered kanban board application that helps teams manage projects and tasks. The Service includes:

• Project and task management with kanban boards
• AI-powered project management assistance
• Team collaboration features
• Notification delivery via email and WhatsApp
• Calendar integration (optional)
• File attachment storage

Registration

To use Slaily, you must sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of your account
• You accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Slaily, including projects, tasks, comments, and files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user content.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Contains malware or harmful code

Slaily includes AI-powered features to assist with project management. You understand and agree that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• You should review AI suggestions before acting on them
• AI features may use third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Your project data may be processed by AI providers to generate responses
• We are not liable for actions taken based on AI suggestions

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, WhatsApp, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

The Service, including its design, features, and code (excluding user content), is owned by Slaily and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without explicit permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We specifically disclaim any warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• The availability of third-party integrations
• The security of data transmission
• Fitness for a particular purpose

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLAILY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slaily, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your user content

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
